A: Our clinic is located at 1st Floor, 23 Widegate Street, City of London, E1 7HP approximately a 3-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. We have on-street parking nearby and good public transport links. Full directions are available on the Contact page.

A: Our service is for adults aged 18 and over (CQC registration). If you have an urgent or emergency medical issue, please dial 111 or 999 as appropriate.

A: You can book online via the clinic booking link, or call +44 (0)20 7377 0939 / +44 (0)7366 633879. For corporate or group bookings (e.g., cast medicals), contact the clinic directly to discuss availability and block booking options.

A: Typical fees and durations are:

  • GP consultation (face-to-face) — £100 — 20 minutes
  • Extended GP consultation (face-to-face) — £120 — 30 minutes
  • GP video / telephone consultation — £100 — 15 minutes
  • Wellbeing medical (excl. blood tests) — £180 — 45 minutes
  • Vitamin B12 injection + consultation — £50 — 15 minutes

Fees are correct as listed on our price list and subject to change; the booking page will show current prices.

A: We operate a pre-booked appointment service. Walk-ins are not accepted. If you need urgent advice, call the clinic and we'll advise on available options.

A: Yes. Remote consultations are useful for follow-ups, medication reviews, and many non-urgent clinical issues. If a physical examination or tests are required we will arrange an in-clinic appointment.

A: We accept major debit/credit cards and online payment on the booking system. Corporate invoicing arrangements can be organised for employers.

A: We can accept private insurance for many services where insurer agreements permit. Please check with your insurer in advance and bring your authorisation/certificate of insurance to your appointment.

A: Refunds are considered case-by-case. If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic or mis-scheduled, we will offer a refund or re-booking. If a prescribed referral or certificate cannot be issued because a treatment or prescription is not clinically appropriate, appointment fees are typically non-refundable we will always explain the clinical reasoning.

A: We provide a wide range of diagnostics including:

  • Phlebotomy and blood test panels (partner lab: TDL) — phlebotomy £40 + test fees
  • Resting 12-lead ECG (GP interpretation) — £80; cardiologist review available (+£50)
  • Spirometry and peak flow
  • Audiometry — £65
  • Vision testing (Snellen + Ishihara) — £40
  • Urine dipstick, MSU (lab urine culture), urine drug screen (13-panel) — urine tests from £50–£70

A: Book a phlebotomy appointment or a clinic consultation which includes bloods. There is a £40 phlebotomy charge; each profile (e.g., Well Person, Well Man, bariatric panels) has its own fee listed in the Blood & Laboratory Tests page.

A: Routine blood test results via our partner lab are usually available within a few working days. Point-of-care results (ECG, urine dip) can be discussed at the appointment. We will communicate results through the patient portal, secure email, or telephone depending on the test and your preferences.

A: Yes. Dr Naseem is FCDO-recognised for many visa medicals. Examples:

  • Spanish visa medical (same-day certificate where criteria met) — from £120 (20 minutes)
  • Greece visa medical (including required blood tests) — from £250 (30 minutes)

Other countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, South Africa, China, Qatar etc.) are available please contact us for country-specific requirements. Always bring photo ID and any required forms.

A: Same-day certificates are issued when all required documentation and results are available and you meet the medical criteria. If additional tests are required, the certificate may be deferred until we have results.

A: Completed medical form (if provided), photo ID (passport), NHS GP details and any specialist letters, and any prior test results.

A: Yes. Our OEUK services include standard offshore medicals, food-handlers, and fitness for in-water EBS fit-to-train assessments. Common options:

  • OEUK Standard Offshore Medical — £200 — 45 minutes
  • OEUK + Food Handlers — £220 — 60 minutes
  • OEUK + Fitness for In-Water EBS — £220 — 60 minutes
  • OEUK Fit to Train only — £150 — 30 minutes

Bring photo ID and completed pre-appointment medical form. Certificates are issued if you meet OEUK criteria; if unfit or deferred, no refund is made for failing the medical (this is OEUK policy).

A: Cast & crew medicals are bespoke assessments for actors, stunt performers and production staff. They focus on fitness for role, safety on set, and insurer or production company requirements. A standard cast medical (excluding blood or urine tests) is typically £180 (45 minutes).

A: Yes — we handle group and corporate bookings. Contact us in advance to arrange block bookings and to advise on pre-test requirements (drug screening, bloods, ECG).

A: Yes. TFL (DVLA) Taxi Medical — £120 — 30 minutes. Bring photo ID and your NHS GP details. Additional tests (ECG, bloods) may be needed depending on clinical history.

A: Yes. UK Motorsport Medical — from £120 — 30 minutes. Additional resting ECG or stress testing may be required depending on age and licence type.

A: We provide follow-up clinical support for men who have undergone community PSA screening via GFCT. If you receive an Amber or Red GFCT result, Dr Naseem offers a free 15-minute initial review (remote or face-to-face) to discuss results and next steps.

A: Elevated PSA requires careful assessment repeat tests, clinical review, and sometimes MRI or urology referral. We offer a private PSA diagnostic pathway (MRI package available) and can liaise with NHS or private urology services. A deposit may be required to start the private pathway; the clinic will advise on this when you book.

A: Yes. We complete a wide range of private medical forms. Standard medical form completion (no additional tests) — £120 (30 minutes). Additional testing (bloods, ECG, drug screen) adds cost and time.

A: Yes. Dr Naseem has a network of trusted specialists (e.g., gastroenterology, gynaecology) and can provide named or open referrals. Referral letters are issued as part of a consultation or screening appointment.

A: We operate secure, GDPR-compliant record keeping. Your records are accessible to you via the patient portal. Results and correspondence are shared only with your consent, except where legally required.

A: We can write to or copy your NHS GP with your consent. If you prefer private care alone, we will respect that unless clinical safety requires communication.

A: Only if fasting tests are required (e.g., fasting cholesterol or glucose/HbA1c if specified). If fasting is required, you will be asked to fast 10–12 hours (water permitted). We will tell you at booking if fasting is needed.

A: Photo ID (passport/photocard driving licence), NHS/GMP contact details, any relevant medical records, medication list, and any forms required by the requesting organisation.

A: Use the online booking system or call the clinic as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee — please check the booking terms.

A: Yes. We provide bespoke corporate packages including health assessments, screening days, offshore and occupational medicals. Contact us for a corporate proposal and to arrange block bookings.

A: For a life-threatening emergency, call 999. For urgent medical problems that are not life-threatening, call 111 or attend your nearest urgent care centre. For urgent advice from the clinic, call our numbers and we will advise on the best next steps.
